Information TradeDesk Stores

TradeDesk stores account email addresses, contractor profile details, customer/job information, job notes, uploaded job photos, estimate drafts, pricing settings, approval responses, scheduling details, and billing status fields needed to run the quoting workflow.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to create estimates, save quote history, generate customer-ready messages, support customer approval links, and help contractors manage approved jobs and billing status.

AI Estimate Generation

Job notes and related quote details may be sent to an AI service to draft estimate content. Contractors must review all generated scope, pricing, materials, code, permit, and scheduling details before sharing or relying on them.

Service Providers

TradeDesk may use hosted services for authentication, database storage, file storage, email delivery, deployment, and AI estimate generation. These providers process information only as needed to provide the app workflow.

Account Deletion

Signed-in users can delete their TradeDesk account from Settings under Account. Account deletion removes the user account, contractor profile, saved cloud quotes, material price book rows, team access, uploaded logos, and uploaded job photos associated with that account.

Customer approval links and team access tied to the deleted account may stop working after deletion.
